I want my money back! I had the app for less than 30 mins and can no longer open it? WTH?????!!!!! Unacceptable!!!

This app is trash. Twice now I have had 30 - 40 passwords saved and after updating my phone all my passwords were gone. I have emailed tech support and explained issue and have gotten no resolve at all. Tech support is just as useless as this app is.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE APP AFTER THE UPDATE? HELP!!!!!

ALL my passwords have disappeared after the Feb 2016 update!!! ALL my passwords are gone! Please help get them back - PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Feb 2016 an update was issued through the App Store for which I updated my app through. In doing so, I lost ALL my passwords stored in the app. I have tried contacting the maker of this app and emails are being rejected as "failed permanently". Do Not Update this App - better yet, use a different password keeper program. 5 years I had this app with no issue and the thanks I get for being loyal is an update that deleted EVERYTHING! Thanks for nothing ??

Where is my data? After the update everything disappeared. Do you have all my user names and passwords.

After the recent update, this app is not saving anymore information. Is there a fix ? It worked great for all these years, please fix it...?

All these years this app worked great, after the last update, it does not save anymore password. Can this be fixed, or is it permanent.

I thought this would be a great app to save me time and brain cells, but, alas, that was not the case. The info did not transfer across technology (iPad to iPhone). I stored to the iCloud in good faith and to my computer to keep the info safe. Unfortunately, I had to get the iPad replaced and when I downloaded all my apps from storage, none of my info was stored. That was so disappointing. I have sent several emails of concerns and suggestions to the developers, but have received no responses. This is a good place to list your info, but dont expect a transfer or back up.

Worked great until IO6 update and now it locks up and cant even get the screen to enter the passcode to appear. Unable to locate help either.

Went to look up a password for one of my stored sites, and found ALL of my passwords gone. And whats worse, Ive tried to seek out some kind of technical assistance in retrieval....NONE to be found. From what I have managed to find, everything is stored in the cloud, but Id have to totally wipe my device and and restore from factory settings to see if that fixes it. Im really hesitant to do that for fear of doing even more damage. Seriously, there really should be an easier way to recover info and there should really be some app tech support available!!!

I think this is a great app. I have one problem with it. I downloaded an update and all of my information was erased. I had to re-enter it all again.

I have had this app for 2 years and saved all of my passwords in it! I recently had an update and now all of my info is gone! So disappointed!!!!

Until i downloaded this app I was storing all my usernames/passwords on an unsecure note on my iPhone. I searched around a little bit on the app store and found this app and I am very pleased with it! Its very simple and easy to use!

Reseted my iPad and lost all my passwords and there is no way to get support

Lost all my passwords for no reason. I contacted tech support by email and have not received response yet and theres no way to recover all my information. Find another reliable way to store your passwords.

As a whole I love this app and recommend it to everyone. I even work in the industry, so I get to tell a lot of people. Im on a 5s, completely up to date and the app crashes as soon as I start to type in my password. Please patch ASAP.

Have used this app for over a year now and really liked it up until the last update. The update completely deleted all of my accounts and passwords! So much for "password keeping."

I really like this app and find it so very useful. Ive even recommended it to people. The most recent update, however, is a problem. As soon as I start to enter my password to get into the app, it crashes. Please fix ASAP!

I updated my Ipad2 to IOS 8.2 and I am on ver 3 Of password keeper. None of my accounts show up after signing on . The screen is blank. Where o where are my accounts ??????
