I keep losing my passcode and user names on this app. They usually show up an month later than disappear. I have emailed them and they do not respond. As of right now I do not know my Accts and usernames

Ive lost everything with this app. I have information that I need to restore. ASAP password lock boxes safe boxes all information some information I cant remember. Please HELP!

When I performed the latest update I lost everything I had in the app. Im looking for a new app.

What happened during the new update?? My fields are blank!! Im screwed!!

So it seems that every time theres an update of ANY kind, all passwords are lost! I have emailed and emailed tech support. In the past, maybe after a few weeks my passwords would show up somehow. Im still waiting. This really should be a lesson for my stubborn self. This app is one of the easiest to use on the front end but this ongoing issue is a major major problem ... with little to no or very slow customer service and tech support. If I ever get my passwords back, this is the last. I hope I will not be as stubborn or comfortable next time and will go ahead and make the move.

This is an update to an earlier review that I did and I realize now it was a mistake using this app for all the years that I have used it for one thing as everyone can see you do not reply. Also you have been having these poor reviews were people lose everything as far back as I can see in 2012. Ive lost everyone of my passwords I used to love this app what happened can you help me. My son died at 21 years of age I had passwords to get into things where I had videos of him and photos of him things that cannot be replaced and now I cannot get back in

Why this company should be allowed to continue pushing this app is beyond me. I used it for years. So many many years that I genuinely trusted that the important data I stored in it was safe and retrievable. Dont be fooled... there is no support and its only a matter of time until your passwords will suddenly disappear.
